How do we do it?

Immigration Services that bring results

Immigration is a challenging task both for individuals and employers. Immigration law consists of many different areas, each with the potential to be a specialty: legal residence and naturalization, removal relief, family law, refugee law, business and employment law, etc. We take pride in our results: 100 % approval rate for waivers, Consular Process, SIJS, VAWA, and more.

Our immigration law firm has evolved to adapt to the changing needs of our clients, incorporating virtual services that provide greater accessibility and efficiency. These services seek to facilitate the immigration process by offering legal advice and representation remotely.

What We Do

Practice Areas

We serve clients from around the world and the United States. We are well-versed in family-based petitions, legal permanent residency, naturalization, and humanitarian cases such as TPS, DACA, Asylum, U-visas, and VAWA. We take pride in consistently showing results for the most complicated cases.

Visas / Green Cards / VAWA

You may be eligible to apply as a VAWA self-petitioner if you are the victim of battery or extreme cruelty by a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident; you are the abused child (unmarried and under 21 years old) of a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident or the abused parent of a U.S. citizen. You are eligible to apply as an immediate relative of a U.S. citizen or as a relative of a lawful permanent resident under the family-based preference categories. You can apply as a fiancé(e) of a U.S. citizen or the fiancé(e)’s child. You may be eligible to apply as a widow(er) of a U.S. citizen if you are the Widow or widower of a U.S. citizen and were married to your U.S. citizen spouse when your spouse died.

Asylum

We help those who come to the United States seeking protection because they have suffered persecution or fear that they will suffer persecution due to Race, Religion, Nationality, Membership in a particular social group, or Political opinion. If you are eligible for asylum, you may remain in the U.S. You may include your spouse and children in the U.S. on your application when you file or at any time until a final decision is made on your case. You will be able to obtain Employment Authorization while your case is pending.

DACA

You may request a renewal if you meet the initial 2012 DACA guidelines and you: Did not depart the United States on or after Aug. 15, 2012, without advance parole; Have continuously resided in the United States since you submitted your most recent DACA request that was approved; and Have not been convicted of a felony, a significant misdemeanor, or three or more misdemeanors, and do not otherwise pose a threat to national security or public safety.

U.S. Citizenship

If you meet certain requirements, you may become a U.S. citizen at birth or after birth. To become a citizen after birth, you must apply for “derived” or “acquired” citizenship through your parents or for naturalization. Most naturalization applicants must take a test on English and Civics (U.S. history and government). We will help you become a U.S. citizen and provide resources to help you prepare for the naturalization exam.

U Visas

You may be eligible for a U nonimmigrant visa if: • You are the victim of qualifying criminal activity. • You have suffered substantial physical or mental abuse as a result of having been a victim of criminal activity. • You have information about the criminal activity. • You were helpful, are helpful, or are likely to be helpful to law enforcement in investigating or prosecuting the crime. • The crime occurred in the United States or violated U.S. laws. You are admissible to the United States. If you are not admissible, you may apply for a waiver. We will help you obtain the certification by law enforcement that is required to apply for U Visa.
